At ROYAL CRAVINGS, all food and dessert products are made fresh to order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of food or dessert items.

All sales are final.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact ROYAL CRAVINGS as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the package and affected products so we can review the issue.

If we determine that the issue qualifies for a resolution, ROYAL CRAVINGS may provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Order Cancellations

Because our desserts are prepared fresh, orders may not be able to be canceled once preparation has begun.
